For verification, you need to enter your name, date of birth and citizenship in the form on the left and attach 2 identity documents (for example, a passport, ID or a driver’s license), as well as your photo, and a handwritten signature: «ARBIDEX, your name, the date». Make sure that your face is clearly visible and all information in your ID is clearly readable.
Verification can take up to 1 - 2 days if the documents require manual verification. This is a standard procedure.
After you sent the documents for verification, you can start using Arbidex User Panel.
According to our policy, we restrict to use Tokens and take part in its distribution for Users from the territory of the United States of America, Singapore and their overseas (dependent) territories and administrative districts; and/or any country or territory where transactions with digital tokens, cryptocurrency are strictly regulated, prohibited or restricted by any means.
Please take into consideration that without verification on the platform, you will not be able to withdraw your funds, except for situations where your KYC request was rejected.
